Salesforce Administrator

Location: Cleveland, OH

SEAM Group is looking to add to our Sales Team!  The Salesforce Administrator position will manage and oversee the day-to-day functions of the support and maintenance for the applications on our Salesforce platform.  This role will tackle a variety of complex business problems daily and work with various departments in the organization to lead Salesforce-related initiatives and drive performance analytics.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the day-to-day functions and maintenance for our Salesforce platform

  • Develop, collaborate, and implement the management of custom field/objects, workflow rules, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party products

  • Collaborate with all departments to design, test, and implement current and strategic company technology initiatives to improve business processes and corresponding results

  • Build reports and dashboards to support sales representatives, management reviews, and business monitoring and analysis

  • Understand and communicate all changes and potential implications related to Salesforce releases, system upgrades, system usage, changes and process improvements with senior leadership

  • Data management – implement a 100% data integrity practice across the organization ensuring all system data is accurate and reliable

  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

  • Work with management to build and deliver end-user documentation and training

  • Other SalesForce related projects and duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 3-5 years operations/support/administration experience with Salesforce

  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified

  • Excellent Microsoft application skills

  • Knowledge of Pardot and Workfront

  • Experience with gathering, interpreting and clarifying business requirements to key stakeholders

  • Outstanding data/data management skills

  • Creative and curious problem solver excited about process improvement

  • Organized project manager who can plan and complete work within established time frames

  • Strong interest in metrics and analytics; ability to dive into data and understand where and why improvements can be made

  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years operations/support experience with extensive experience in Salesforce administration

  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified

  • Excellent Microsoft application skills

  • Experience with gathering, interpreting and clarifying business requirements to key stakeholders
