Colin Duncan

Colin Duncan

Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO of SEAM Group, Colin is responsible for overseeing operations and business activities globally. That encompasses our energized asset optimization, electrical safety, condition monitoring and facility services solutions. Prior to joining SEAM Group, Mr. Duncan was an independent board member and executive that worked with several leading organizations in the safety services market across human factors, safety, technical safety services, software, and operational excellence. He was previously CEO of leading safety consulting firm BST/ DEKRA Insight leading operations across 21 offices globally. Mr. Duncan has written on strategy, safety, and leadership, and his work has appeared in Safety+Health magazine and other publications globally. In 2012, he was the general editor of the book, The Zero Index: A Path to Sustainable Safety Excellence.

Vijay Sood

Vijay Sood

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Mr. Sood is responsible for the accounting and finance functions of the organization. He brings more than 12 years of financial operations experience to the team. He complements our culture with a focus on potential growth and value creation, and his reputation for execution and achieving results makes him the right choice to lead our accounting and finance team. Prior to joining SEAM Group, Mr. Sood served as Regional CFO for TriMark USA, the largest foodservice supplies and equipment dealer in the country. Before TriMark, he held the roles of Controller, Americas and Corporate Strategy Analyst at Continental AG (formerly Veyance Technologies) and also worked in both Assurance and Transaction Services at Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, and Finance from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. 

Igor Bondarenko

Igor Bondarenko

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Mr. Bondarenko has overall responsibility for establishing the company’s technology product, application, infrastructure strategy, and technical vision. He also leads innovations in all forms of technology across the business as well as ensures a secure and resilient infrastructure to support the organization. Mr. Bondarenko brings extensive experience in technology, software development, and cloud product strategy to the organization. Prior to joining SEAM Group, he was the Director Cloud Engineering at Elastic. He also spent time at IBM Watson Health as the Director of Software Development, and earlier spent several years as the Director of Technology for American Greetings. Mr. Bondarenko completed his education at the National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. 

Ralph DeLisio

Ralph M. DeLisio

Executive Vice President


As Executive Vice President, Mr. DeLisio is responsible for creating and maintaining a unified sales strategy across all business units on a global basis. He has more than 25 years of domestic and international business management and sales experience in manufacturing and service development. Previously, he served as Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Petrotech, Inc., a leading worldwide company with expertise in turbo-machinery controls. During his 20-year tenure at Rockwell Automation, Mr. DeLisio had varying degrees of responsibilities that included General Manager of Entek IRD, where he integrated the Vibration Analysis Company into Rockwell Automation’s service organization. In that role, he increased overall business revenue by 122% while converting losses of $250K per month into a profitable business. As Country Director of China, his responsibilities included operating plan and sales growth for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China for software, services, and engineering business. During that time, he was able to sustain growth of revenue by 30% and profit by 33% year-over-year. He has led numerous sales organizations in the oil and gas, automotive, metals, and industrial service industries. In each of those industries he created growth and customer-centric organizations. He is an Ohio native with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University at Long Beach.

Steve Edwards

Steve Edwards

President, Inspection & Assessment

As the Executive Vice President of Operations for Electrical Safety and Condition Monitoring, Mr. Edwards is responsible for these operational entities of the organization. He has held leadership positions with Exponent (engineering consulting business) and Stericycle (medical waste and product recall services). With more than 15 years of global experience in various levels of business strategy, Mr. Edwards sets up teams and programs to supply a best in-class customer experience. During his 12 years with Stericycle, he worked in numerous areas of the organization within client operations, project management, strategy, marketing, business development, and on-boarding acquisitions to the portfolio. He has worked with partners both internally and externally to design customized solutions from small start-ups to large fortune 500 organizations. He joined SEAM Group in May 2019, is a native of Indiana, and received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Organizational Leadership.

Ed Burkhart

Ed Burkhart

President, Facilities Services

Ed Burkhart has extensive experience in building and scaling service and technology businesses. Ed joined SEAM Group from P.M. Properties Enterprises LLC where he served as Executive Vice President, a leading international construction and facilities services firm serving the retail and allied markets. During his tenure with P.M. Properties, Mr. Burkhart was instrumental in developing significant value added manufacturer relationships, proprietary technology and a boutique service approach leading to triple-digit sales growth. The company was named to the 2011 Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country, ranked at number 27 in the Construction Category. Under his leadership, P.M. Properties was also honored by the Boston Business Journal with the 2011 BBJ Pacesetters Award and was a 2011 Forbes finalist for America’s Most Promising Companies Award. Mr. Burkhart earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Norwich University, pursued graduate studies at Harvard University, and is licensed as an unrestricted construction supervisor by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was also a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force and received an appointment to the Board of Trustees of Medfield State Hospital by the governor of Massachusetts. 

Dana Wobser

Dana Wobser

Vice President of Human Resources

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Wobser is responsible for all aspects of human resources including strategic planning and execution, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee training and engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all federal, state, and local employment law. With her experience in the corporate sector and a background of both accounting and HR, she brings a unique perspective to the field. Prior to joining SEAM Group, Ms. Wobser served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for the Oatey Co. in Cleveland, Ohio and the Director of Human Resources Myers Industries in Akron, Ohio. She has also held various management roles in the areas of training and development and audit, starting her career with Deloitte. Ms. Wobser has been recognized for her accomplishments through awards such as the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce’s 30 for the Future, Stark County’s 20 Under Forty, and Walsh University’s Young Alumni Leadership Award. She is a graduate of Walsh University where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and her MBA. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, and a SHRM-Senior Certificated Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Joseph Pitman

Joseph B. Pitman

President, Asset Management

Joseph B. Pitman is the president of SEAM Group EAM and joined the company in April 2015. He has been assisting companies with their approach to enterprise asset management since being honorably discharged from the army in 1992. Over the past 23 years, he has overseen the implementation of hundreds of highly successful EAM and reliability efforts. He possesses real-world, hands-on, practical experience. Mr. Pitman is routinely called upon to speak at seminars and other EAM events, and as the president of SEAM Group EAM, he continues to assist his customers with developing real world solutions for asset management. Mr. Pitman holds an associate’s degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management.

Simon Boyce

Simon Boyce

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Simon is responsible for implementing the new OneSEAM unified solutions approach across the Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams.

Simon brings over 12 years of sales and marketing experience to Seam Group with a past focus on implementing sales excellence programs, talent acquisition, driving growth from major accounts, and scaling subscription technology revenue. He specializes in conducting business with large global companies and has secured contracts for projects in over 30 countries in past roles. Prior to joining SEAM Group, Simon held various sales leadership roles at ARMS Reliability, most recently serving as the Global Sales Director.

A native of Mildura, Australia, Simon received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and an MBA in Corporate Finance from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. In his earlier days, Simon also competed on the St. Edward’s NCAA Division II tennis team.  While completing his MBA, he also served as the Assistant Tennis Coach and was inducted in the Athletics Hall of Fame in 2017.

Senior Management – Europe

Arkadiusz Burnos

Arkadiusz (Arek) Burnos

Managing Director, EMEA

As a Managing Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Mr. Burnos is responsible for growth and business operations of SEAM Europe in the EMEA region covering asset management, condition monitoring, and safety services. Mr. Burnos joined SEAM Group as a president and owner of BalticBerg Consulting — a company purchased by SEAM Group in 2019, delivering asset management and reliability consulting in Europe. Mr. Burnos managed numerous improvement projects and developed a successful team and methodology in the area of asset management and industrial maintenance. His background is in marine mechanical engineering, and he has more than 12 years of professional services experience with projects for European and global industrial and reliability leaders in oil and gas, chemical, FMCG, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Burnos is a well known trainer and conference speaker who has led more than 200 courses. He founded Technical Management Academy in Central Europe. Mr. Burnos holds an MSc in mechanical engineering from Maritime Academy of Szczecin and an MBA from University of Szczecin in cooperation with Manchester Metropolitan University.

Marcin Sztenke

Director of Operations, EMEA

As Director of Operations for Europe, Mr. Sztenke is responsible for overseeing the delivery of predictive maintenance services and reliability programs to clients all throughout Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Sztenke brings 15 years of managerial, operational, and sales expertise to SEAM Group. Previously, Sztenke served in a variety of roles at Techmadex S.A. in Poland where he successfully developed an infrared inspection services deliverable and preventive maintenance strategy for the gas industry. He also spent time at SKF where he was responsible for assuring customer satisfaction with condition monitoring equipment and sales with automotive OEM clients. Mr. Sztenke holds B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and MBA degrees from Warsaw University of Technology. He is also Level II Thermographer.

Wouter Luimes

Wouter Luimes

Vice President of Sales, EMEA

Mr. Luimes is responsible for business development and sales for all of SEAM Group’s business units across Europe. Wouter brings 25 years of experience in international business development, strategic sales and account management to his new role. He spent five years as Director of Business Development EMEA with ABS Group of Companies, Inc., and 18 years at Stork Fluor, rising to Executive Account Director for the chemical industry and co-founding Stork Asset Management Consultancy group which developed into a global engineering consultant organization. At Fokker Aircraft B.V., Luimes was responsible for the development of aircraft maintenance programs and engineering support. Having earned a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences (Haarlem, The Netherlands), and attended masterclasses in asset management and strategic selling and key account management, Luimes is a recognized expert in EAM strategy, reliability, maintenance strategy, and asset integrity management.

Bret Bevis

Bret Bevis

Managing Director

As Managing Director of SEAM Group Asia, Mr. Bevis is responsible for developing the company’s overall business strategy, overseeing all company operations, and the development of strategic business relationships. With more than 30 years of experience, his professional career in both large public corporations and small entrepreneurial firms has exposed him to all facets of business. Mr. Bevis’ previous roles consisted of Corporate Development Manager, Vice President of Operations, Sales and Marketing, Regional Sales Manager, Consultant, Financial Advisor, Board of Directors President, and President. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Bevis attended Cleveland State University where he earned a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Bret is also a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).

Alan Lau

Alan Lau

Director of Service Operations

As Director of Service Operations for SEAM Group Asia, Mr. Lau is responsible for all predictive maintenance (PdM) service delivery operations throughout all of Asia including Greater China, Southeast Asia, Southwest Asia, and Australasia. Mr. Lau has more than 30 years of experience managing operations, customer service, and logistics. He is well prepared and qualified after working for several large technology companies like Compaq and Sun Microsystems as Director of Channel Management and Support and Director of Customer Service before joining SEAM Group. Alan also gained experience as Manager of Business & Logistics, Business Planning Manager, Design Engineer, and Senior Project engineer over the course of his career. A native of and currently residing in Hong Kong, Alan’s education includes a Master’s Degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Polytechnic University in Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Wales Institute of Science & Technology (UWIST), U.K. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
